The Wellington Hospital Enquiry Helpline is available to make outpatient and imaging appointments, they can also help with general enquiries about the hospital including information about available services.

Please be aware it is our hospital policy not to offer advice on conditions, injuries or treatment via telephone or email correspondence. We can only give an opinion after a personal consultation with one of our Consultants.

Telephone calls may be recorded for training purposes and to monitor quality of customer service.

We currently make appointments between 8am-8pm Monday to Friday, and between 8am-2pm Saturdays.
We will shortly be extending our hours to answer your enquiries 24 hours a day.

Out-of-Hours calls

For all out-of-hours enquiries please contact the Switchboard who will contact the Senior Nurse on Duty.

If you are a GP or Consultant who would like to make an urgent admission to the AAU please contact the AAU team on 0207 483 5999.

The out-of-hours service is not for Emergency patients and we cannot accept self referring patients. If you have an emergency the nearest A&E department to The Wellington Hospital are at St Mary’s Hospital in Paddington and The Royal Free Hospital in Hampstead.
