  Miss Jenny Gattuso is a Consultant Oncoplastic Breast Surgeon at the Macmillan Cancer Centre at University College London Hospital for the NHS. She sees private patients at The Wellington Hospital, London - centrally based next to Lord"s Cricket Ground.
  
  Her area of expertise includes the management of both benign breast disease and breast cancer, including looking after high risk family history patients. Her particular interests are the use of oncoplastic techniques in breast conservation, the use of neoadjuvant treatments to achieve breast conservation, symmetrization surgery and both immediate and delayed breast reconstruction.
  
  She studied at Cambridge University (MA) initially and completed her MBBS at the Middlesex Hospital - University of London. She combined studying for her FRCS with 18 months of research as a Bernard Sunley Fellow at the Royal College of Surgeons of England (MPhil, Arris and Gale lectureship). This was followed by an MD (University of London). She won the Cutlers Award which enabled her to visit breast cancer centres in Milan and Paris to complement her UK training.
  
  She is the lead clinician for a multi-disciplinary team at UCLH and cares for patients who present via the NHS Breast Screening Service, attend diagnostic/ symptomatic clinics, and patients under family history clinics. She is experienced and is happy to provide second opinions. She is a regular reviewer for the European Journal of Surgical Oncology. Her outside interests include competing at national level in dressage, football and she has an extensive shoe collection.
