We would like all our patients to have a positive experience, if there is anything we can do to improve your stay, please let us know at the time. All patients are provided with a Patient Satisfaction Survey to provide us with feedback, as the quality of your experience can only be assessed by you. This information remains anonymous and is reviewed monthly then shared throughout the hospital to improve our service.

All our medical and surgical services are supported by our state-of-the-art imaging department and modern critical care units; combining the highest quality of critical care nursing with 24/7 access to intensive care specialists and support services.

Patient Safety Program

Often patients that are recovering from illness or surgery are at a higher risk of having a fall. As part of our patient safety program we have introduced 'Call don't fall' to encourage patients to call for assistance with their mobility. Information leaflets and advice are available from the nursing team.

All comments and complaints are taken seriously regardless of their nature. If you experience a problem, no matter how small, we need to know about it and put it right. During your stay if you require assistance please do not hesitate to inform a member of staff who will be able to assist you.
